AHTE — trust & evidence infrastructure

AHTE is the trust and evidence infrastructure beneath AMANAH: standards intelligence, evidence services and AI-assisted analysis that make trustworthy records possible at corridor scale.

Three layers of infrastructure

  • Standards intelligence: mapping requirements — Malaysian standards, manuals, protocols, destination-market rules — to operating stages and records.
  • Evidence services: intake, classification, correlation and integrity of the documentation that trust rests on.
  • AI-assisted analysis: exception detection and decision support under strict human-authority boundaries.

Data provenance and integrity

Every record carries its provenance: who submitted it, when, from which system, and how it has been handled since. Audit trails and data integrity controls make the evidence structure itself trustworthy — not merely the claims it contains.

Interoperability by design

Laboratories, logistics providers, certification bodies and authorities each run their own systems. AHTE is designed for interoperability — connecting outcomes without owning decisions, and integrating without replacing participants’ systems of record.

Boundaries, stated plainly

AHTE provides infrastructure and analysis. It does not issue certifications, does not replace statutory authorities, and does not expose confidential infrastructure details. Performance characteristics are described as engineering targets, not verified claims.
