Auditing & compliance

Audits convert requirements into findings, and findings into improvement. The audit experience combines disciplined method with assistive technology.

The audit cycle

  • Planning: scope, criteria, team and timing against the applicable framework.
  • Execution: on-site and remote activity with objective evidence recorded.
  • Smart-glasses-assisted capture: structured, hands-free, time-stamped evidence with remote expert collaboration.
  • Findings: classification and grading of non-conformities with defined response times.
  • Closure: corrective action, effectiveness verification and re-verification.

The assistive boundary

AI supports auditors with capture, correlation and review workflow. It does not grade findings or decide outcomes. Final decisions remain with authorised human personnel — and with competent authorities where their jurisdiction applies.

Compliance culture

A finding is not a failure of relationship; concealment is. The ecosystem is designed so that honest evidence — including uncomfortable evidence — moves participants forward faster than polished absence of evidence ever could.
