Manufacturer & enterprise onboarding

Onboarding is where trust begins. Manufacturers and enterprises enter the ecosystem through a structured registration and evidence process — not through assertion.

The onboarding sequence

  • Organisation registration and identity verification.
  • Facility registration with layout, flows and segregation assessment.
  • Production-line identification and segregation in the registry.
  • Product and SKU registration with full composition disclosure.
  • Supplier onboarding and ingredient provenance establishment.
  • Documentation and evidence intake, mapped to applicable standards.

What evidence is expected

Onboarding expects the records a serious manufacturer already maintains: business registration, facility profiles, product dossiers and formulations, supplier declarations, provenance documentation and halal-management-system materials. The ecosystem classifies and connects these records; it does not replace them.

What happens next

Once evidence is complete, the record moves to assessment — standards mapping, AI-assisted review, then human compliance review. Laboratory submission and audit planning follow. Nothing is released to market before the trust record earns it.

Accuracy note

Onboarding prepares participants for assurance processes; it does not itself award halal certification. Certification decisions belong to competent authorities and recognised certification bodies within their own procedures.
